Mapex opens a new office in Valencia
Mapex continues its expansion and opens a new branch office in Valencia.
The new office will support customers in the southeast zone of Spain and Madrid area. The office is located in the south of Valencia, in Albufera Park.
Mapex participates in the OMRON event for the chemical-pharmaceutical sector
Mapex participated in the OMRON event on traceability and serialization in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector that took place on March 7 at the OMRON facility in Barcelona. During the event, the latest innovations in the regulation of serialization and traceability in the sector were presented, as well as the latest technologies in automation, traceability, MES systems and artificial vision.
Delaviuda relies on Mapex
Mapex will implement its M.E.S solution for production and consumption control at Delaviuda's plant in Sonseca (Toledo) and France.
The Delaviuda group's facilities and production lines are equipped with the latest technology. In Spain, they have two industrial plants located in Sonseca (Toledo) dedicated to the elaboration of marzipan, nougat (turrons), chocolates and other confectionery products; and another plant for the production of candy bars. They also have another plant which produces candy bars in France in the Orleans region.
Casa Matachin trusts Mapex
Mapex will implement its MES system for production control Casa Matachin located in Zaragoza, which has been producing poultry derived products based in the tradition of homemade products made from the finest natural ingredients.
Casa Matachin creates close to 400 employments and does 97% of its business within the national market.
MapexBP successfully implemented at Celsa Group
Mapex has successfully implemented the Cylinder and Tool Management System in the SMS Structural Profiles train at the Celsa Group plant in Castellbisbal, Barcelona province.
Based on the sequence of programmed laminations, the system prepares the assembly plans, performs the calculations required by the rolling mill and simulates the future assemblies for each of the train booths, automatically obtaining the rings, cylinders and tools needed to cover the planned laminations and ensuring an optimal allocation of all required elements.
Celsa Group is the largest producer of laminates and one of the most important manufacturers of structural profiles.
